Veterans Memorial Parkway — Colwood, BC (2025). Client: City of Colwood. 2 km topographic survey of the full road right-of-way using drone, GNSS, and Total Station. A 3D surface and base drawing were produced in Civil 3D, with concept design for 500 m of roadway.

Metchosin Road Survey — Colwood, BC (2025). Client: City of Colwood. 3.5 km topographic survey of the full road right-of-way using drone, GNSS, and Total Station, with a base drawing produced in Civil 3D.

Allandale Lift Station — Colwood, BC (2025–2026). Client: City of Colwood. Topographic survey by drone photogrammetry, validated with GNSS, supporting a concept plan and budget for replacing the temporary lift station on Allandale Road.

Perimeter Park Wetland Survey — Colwood, BC (2026). Client: City of Colwood. Wetland-perimeter survey in heavy vegetation by GNSS and Total Station for boardwalk permitting, with control hubs set for future slope monitoring. 49PL is Engineer of Record for the connected Waterfront Multi-Use Pathway.

Brennan Park Turf Field Parking Lot — Squamish, BC (2025–2026). Client: District of Squamish. Topographic survey by drone, GNSS, and Total Station supporting detailed design to pave the gravel parking lot at the Brennan Park turf field.

Emerald Drainage Survey — Whistler, BC (2026). Client: Resort Municipality of Whistler. Topographic and LiDAR survey with 360° imagery to investigate and address drainage issues across the Emerald subdivision — combining traditional survey and remote sensing to evaluate an engineering problem.

Fitzsimmons Creek LiDAR Survey — Whistler, BC (2026). Client: Resort Municipality of Whistler. 6 km LiDAR survey from Blackcomb Way Bridge to Green Lake, completed over 1.5 days with permanent ground control markers. The data models the creek for annual dredging and keeps flood freeboard below the dike.

Fitzsimmons Creek Gravel Removal — Whistler, BC (2025). Client: Resort Municipality of Whistler. Drone survey and aerial documentation of annual gravel removal on Fitzsimmons Creek, supporting the sediment management that maintains channel capacity and keeps flood freeboard below the dike.

Colwood Waterfront Multi-Use Pathway — Colwood, BC (2025–2027). Client: City of Colwood. Survey, geomatics, and design for a waterfront multi-use pathway along the Colwood shoreline, with drone orthomosaic mapping of the corridor to support alignment, grading, and detailed design.

Cleveland Avenue Site Development — Squamish, BC (2025). Client: District of Squamish · DPA1 & DPA2. Development-options study for a private lot within the District of Squamish DPA1 and DPA2 areas, covering site grading, stormwater management, and site access across an environmentally classified ditch.

Highway 99 Bus-on-Shoulder Study — Sea-to-Sky, BC (2025). Client: Resort Municipality of Whistler. Drone and topographic survey along a Highway 99 corridor, with conceptual design and cost estimates to explore the feasibility of a bus-on-shoulder transit option.
